KICF is celebrating its fifth season with Kucheza - a performance at the National Theatre on January 3rd at 7:30pm. Kenya International Chamber Music Festival brings artists from across the world to work with aspiring string players on a wide range of chamber music - from Shostakovich, to Dave Brubeck, to Brazilian composer Clarice Assad, to Pulitzer Prize winning Caroline Shaw. The repertoire will feature small ensembles as well as a chamber orchestra with students, faculty, and guest percussionists.
